The 'C' Diet

I have discovered that this diet works, really works by simply ‘eliminating’ those bad, unhealthy and unnecessary foods that actually contaminate and poison your body.



I think this is the secret or real answer to the effectiveness of The ‘C’ Diet; respecting the seriousness of the dangers of those foods that endanger your health.  Eliminate or violate your body’s wellbeing.



Eliminate, that is the key word.  When you begin this ‘C’ Diet you eliminate unhealthy foods, and you begin to create a new mindset.  You simply avoid eating foods that affect your health negatively. 



I like to think in terms of coping with a venomous snake.  Obviously a venomous snake can kill you—and so can an unhealthy diet.  Hence, you avoid and get-away-from a very dangerous snake.  Right?



So the ‘key’ I reiterate is ELIMINATE!




ELIMINATE!  ELIMINATE!  ELIMINATE!



Oh!  It will be a big change for you and it will be anything but easy to eliminate those delicious snacks you have been poisoning your body with.

Cream:


   Butter


   Milk


   Sherbet


   Ice cream


   Milkshake


   Yogurt


   Cottage cheese


Cereals


Candy


Chips


Corn bread


Crackers


CARBS:


   Pastas


   Potatoes


   Pizza


   French fries


   Beans


   Rice


Cookies/Cake-like-Desserts


   Muffins


   Donuts


   Pies


   Crepes


   Brownies


Cokes (Sodas, Pop)


Cheese


Cured meats:


   Processed hot dog weiners


   Sausage


   Pepperoni meat


   Deli meats


   Luncheon meats

Keep it ‘simple’


One ‘Carb’ a day is OK


Weigh first thing each morning without any clothing whatsoever….


Buy plenty of Fruit & Vegetables for smoothies


Send a prayer a day for God’s strength and guidance and grace…



Eat what you want from salads to meats, from eggs to fish, from veggies to fruits and from beans to corn, from potatoes to rice—-just remember, only one carb a day…



PS - Eliminate especially bread and food containing fatty acids.  These food choices only add to toxins and water retention in your unique body that you journey in every day…



After a few days from now you will begin to see and feel the effects of The ’C’ Diet working for you—by your dedication to simply eliminate unhealthy and I might add, deadly food choices.
